Our professional, friendly approach attracts wonderful clients from all over the world and many exciting professions. relax is a lifestyle centre that needs enthusiastic therapists who are brilliant at what they do and have a very high standard of client service. You’ll need to be self employed, and certificates and insurance are a must.
Reception (concierge) team
We’re looking for people for our reception (concierge) team with bubbly personalities and exceptional client and people skills. You need to be brilliantly organised and able to work in a fast paced environment – and make it seem effortless to everyone who walks through the door. Remembering regular clients’ names is important, as is ensuring they feel really special and have a great experience every time they visit.
Computer skills are essential, and those with spa or pro-active retail experience will have an advantage.
Beauty therapists
We’re looking for friendly, talented beauty therapists who have NVQ 3 and at least one or two years’ practical and sales experience. If you’re trained in Aromatherapy Associates or Dr Hauschka treatments you will have a distinct advantage. Both would be perfect!
