We recommend arriving early - at least 5 mins for chair or 15 mins for body – so we can ask you a few questions about your general health and wellbeing. Plus you can relax in the comfort of our client lounge overlooking St Martin’s Courtyard, with some refreshing herbal tea or filtered water.

Before getting physical - let's chat

It is very important that you communicate with your therapist. We have the best team of therapists in London and they can read your body - but help them understand what's in your mind. Your therapist will recommend what the best treatment is for you, but it's a two-way relationship. Speak your mind!
